Registration
Separate registration is available for both events, if you just want to attend the symposium or the workshop. If you register for the entire week you will get a reduced rate.
There is a special fee for Wayeb members. Students with a valid University ID may register at a special concessionary rate.
Please Note:
For both events, we recommend advanced bookings since events may sell out early. Online registration will close on 15 November 2012.
Wayeb recommends that you do not make any travel arrangements, unless you have successfully purchased a ticket to the workshops and/conference.

If your workshop has already sold out, you can send us an email at waitinglist@emc.wayeb.org to get on a waitinglist.
Please note that if you register for the Introductory Workshop it is essential that you obtain a copy of the official workshop handbook (authored by Kettunen & Helmke). You can either
- order a printed and bound copy (at a cost of 15 €) during the online registration process, in which case please clearly indicate your language of preference, or
- you can download it for free (via "Related Links") and bring a printed copy with you to the workshop (the latest version will be available on WWWayeb in October)
Visa Issues: Wayeb cannot assist you in visa issues. Do not register here, unless you have clarified immigration issues with your local embassy.
